– Head Stylist Takapuna
You will be responsible for:
- Being a part of the leadership team who set the salon strategy and manage salon continuous improvement.
- Working with the Head Colourist in defining and determining Stylist/Colourist levels and promotions.
- Working with the Training Manager to ensure the right cutting and styling education is being provided to the junior team.
- Continuously become more educated and informed and bring new and trending cutting and styling concepts to the team.
- Feed into team meetings with ‘working smarter, not harder’ cutting and styling concepts.
– Senior Stylist Takapuna
You will be responsible for:
- Being an active part of the salon team and contributing to an unparalleled team culture.
- Delivering more than just a look. Delivering a high-end customer experience, personal care and attention and continually demonstrating the Oscar & Co way.
- Provide guests with hair styles and colours that they have requested, or advise them of a plan in which they can achieve their desired outcome.
- Complying with established salon procedures and contributing to salon continuous improvememnt practices.
- Mentoring, guiding and training the junior team.
- Remaining highly skilled and keeping up with current trends.
- Managing and promoting your own personal hair social media profile
